Here is another green smoothie for you, Ribbons! This smoothie doesn’t taste as sweet as my previous one and that is because it is a more vegetable based recipe. However, I still consumed it all, because it was not bad enough NOT to drink, and sometimes we do need more vegetables in our system, so it was interesting to switch things up.
Vegetable Based Smoothie (Serves 1) – If you’d like to make more, just double the quantities below.
3 spoons of Coconut Milk
2 Handfuls of Spinach
Half a Cucumber (sliced)
1 Juice of a Lime (squeezed on top of the mix)
