I spent a week in this beautiful house during my week in Italy. Emma’s family own the house and the land surrounding it, which is situated in a village called Casalini in the municipality of Cisternino which is in the province of Brindisi, Italy. The decoration is so modern, yet it has a cottage feel to it. She was so kind enough to invite Katy and I over for a well needed break, just before we embark on our final year at university and I’m so grateful that she did!
I absolutely love the architecture that has been put into this house, as it shows that the architect had a keen eye for detail. As you can see above, a prominent running feature throughout the house are rocks. This was probably what I loved most about it. I felt like I was a member of The Flinstones family, lol.
