Minnie hits London Fashion Week everyone!
I was so excited when I heard that a few designers will be channeling their inner Disney, to bring us, one off designs, that future Mickey’s beautiful girlfriend!
Designers such as Giles Deacon, Michael van der Ham, Richard Nicoll, Lulu Guiness, Tatty Devine are all giving Minnie Mouse a fashion-ey spin. I love Disney so much that the news really made my day. They need to collaborate with The Lion King, then perhaps I will just pass out at the sight of Simba’s mane on a chiffon blouse, lol
Apparently, the one-off garments and accessories will be unveiled at LFW and sold on auction site eBay to support the BFC/Bazaar Fashion Arts Foundation.
There is also a full collaboration with hot new design duo Meadham Kirchhoff and Disney, who are also hoping to sign up influential bloggers and beauty brands to spread the cute cartoon’s statement style.
