I have never been a morning person and having to get up at 6:30am every morning is not fun for me. Having a full time internship this past month has confirmed that I need to be an entrepreneur of some sort. Before I began this position, I already knew that I wasn’t cut out for the nine to five life. In my case, six. I knew that I would dislike seeing darkness at daybreak, the early starts and the overcrowded tubes, the multitude of school kids in the overflowing buses and the individuals that feel as though showering is optional in winter. I foresaw it all, so it’s no surprise to me that I dislike the commute and everything it involves.
However much I complain, I am aware that it is wise to work for someone before I make it on my own. I won’t go into a long explanation as to why I feel this way, but I just know that somehow this process will be beneficial to me in the long run. Anyway, bracing the winter cold in my lovely Sara Sturgeon coat, I put on a very convincing poker face that lets you know how fine with the weather I am. On the contrary, my fingers were numb-er than Jack Frost at the north pole. (Not even sure that makes sense. Sorry guys/girls, it’s late and I’m knackered). That’s the joy of anything you put out on the world wide web. We present ourselves in lovely little packages and we only let you see what we want you to see, so to you the viewers, it was a lovely day by the wharf in London!
Ciao Bella Ribbons!
